Information architecture
Collections, spaces, page groups, navigation, and reusable content mapped around products and user journeys.
Move complex documentation into GitBook without flattening the content model. We handle structure, conversion, Git Sync, API reference, redirects, validation, and launch.
Managed destination
GitBook provides hosting, editing, search, and publishing. Our role is to make the migrated documentation coherent: the right hierarchy, clean content, reliable links, an intentional Git workflow, and API reference that fits the user journey.
We are most useful when a one-click import is not enough—large sites, several products, custom source formats, intricate navigation, or a launch where URLs cannot break.
A complete GitBook implementation, from the imported content to the operating model your team uses after handoff.
Collections, spaces, page groups, navigation, and reusable content mapped around products and user journeys.
Repository topology, sync direction, branches, reviews, and a contribution guide your team can follow.
OpenAPI reference integrated with guides, authentication, examples, and the rest of the developer journey.
URL inventory, redirect mapping, link and media validation, DNS coordination, testing, and handoff.
These are the paths where careful content mapping and launch work add the most value beyond the platform importer.
Migration pricing
The starting scope covers up to 500 pages, one product, standard content, and a reliable export. GitBook subscription and usage fees are billed separately by GitBook.
Bring us the source, constraints, and launch date. We will map the migration and return a reviewed proposal.
